Complimentary Services:
There is no charge for me to book you or your team’s accommodations, rental vehicles, or cruises. I will prepare options for you to review and once you make your selection, I will finalize your booking.
Additional Services and Fees:
Customized Itinerary: A customized itinerary starts at $350- pricing is based on the number of days, number of travelers, and the level of complexity. This itinerary will be completely customized for each client or group.
Transportation Bookings (Air, Train): Starts at $75 per person. I will research and book your ticket and will provide logistics coordination, itinerary tracking, and additional support if there are any changes in your travel plans.
Concierge Services:
Concierge services (reservations for restaurants, spas, etc.) are available- please contact me for pricing.
Travel Advising: If you would rather book your own trip through other channels but you need some assistance in research and planning, contact me for pricing.
Events:
Group/Event Concierge: Includes making activity and excursion recommendations, planning and booking catering and other services
Event Coordination: Includes vendor research and communication, activity planning and scheduling, logistics, coordination documents
Full Retreat/Event Planning: Includes itinerary, vendor/venue coordination, personalized welcome materials, support leading up to the event.

3. Once we determine parameters, we will begin working on your accommodations, transportation tickets, and activity/event booking.
4. We will continue to communicate and confirm all of your trip plans ahead of your departure date
